Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) some things have changed in regards to shipment of our physical products. Note that all our digital building instructions can still be ordered without any delay and you will directly get access to the purchased items. Our support desk is also available for questions.

For the physical products, we still ship out directly but due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) delivery can be affected. Countries around the world are taking measures due to the Coronavirus that may affect logistical processes. In addition to delays in some destinations, some countries are updating their processes to minimize contact between deliverer and recipient during pick up and drop off. This can mean that they no longer request a signature for receipt, and the shipment is simply delivered. It also may be the case that routes into certain countries become unavailable. This is unfortunately all beyond our control.
