It has never been easier to build a complete Great Ball Contraption (GBC) loop yourself! GBC 29 features a fast and heavy duty pump mechanism and can be used as a self contained loop and participate in a GBC layout. Using a more accessible LEGO Set and focusing on one single mechanism this GBC is by far one of the best GBCs to get started.

This GBC is entirely built using only parts from the LEGO BMW R 1200 GS Adventure and can be referred to as model C of the 42063. This GBC makes sure you master the GBC building techniques and tricks so that you eventually also can build your own GBCs. By default the whole machine is powered by hand but it can easily be upgraded with any LEGO motor (more information in the building instructions).

Powerful & Effective!

Learn about the wonderful world of mechanisms by building our GBC 29 Heavy Duty Pump which features a highly efficient, perfectly Push Module. Balls have to be inserted (or are being catched) in the input catch tray. The module then pumps the GBC Balls one by one using a very efficient pumping mechanism and pushing them up in the tube. At the top of the module the balls will be pushed out of the tube and return to the base via the return path. By doing so the loop will never end. Next to the nice touch of the big spinning wheels and working engine block the vibration caushed by it also prevents GBC Balls from getting stuck in the input tray.
This GBC has an extra feature which allows you to easily change the return path and put your GBC 29 in a bigger loop and combine with other GBC Modules.

Fun Fact

During the design process of the GBC we continuously tried to think of ways to bring back the original BWM looks into the GBC. With that mind set we included the big wheels and engine block into the GBC which gives it just that little bit of extra awesomeness.

Upgrade your GBC 29 Heavy Duty Pump

To enhance the fun and play and to take the GBC 29 Heavy Duty Pump one step further we have optional parts available.
In the building instructions is explained how to easily upgrade the GBC 29 Heavy Duty Pump with various parts.

Power & Automate

Unfortunately LEGO set 42063 doesn’t include a LEGO motor. For that reason, the GBC 29 Heavy Duty Pump is by default powered by hand. However we designed pre-designed motor mounts so you can easily upgrade the GBC 29 Heavy Duty Pump with any of the LEGO Motors available and make it go on it’s own.
How cool is that!

If you don't have the required LEGO set there is still a chance you can build our models by using parts you already have. Most technic models use a lot of the same and/or replaceable parts. When watching the video and checking upon the building instructions you can easily see which parts can be replaced if you desire so.
What cool color designs can you come up with?!
