For our magic music machines C Models we developed a unique Turntable Needle which is 100% LEGO compatible.
The Turntable Needle converts your LP record music to analog audio signals. Via a build in Female 3.5mm audio Jack you can easily connect any Active Speakers to it (e.g. computer speakers). The 3 LEGO Technic holes on top make it easy to connect the Turntable Needle to your LEGO machines. The included protection cap prevents damage to the needle when e.g. storing the part.

For the best audio experience you can optionally add a Phone Pre Amplifier between the Turntable Needle and the Active Speakers. Although this does improve sound quality it is completely optional for the Turntable Needle to work. You can always start simple and improve the setup to your own liking after that.
