It has never been easier to build a complete Great Ball Contraption (GBC) loop yourself! GBC 32 features a smooth and elegant module which covers a full loop so the ball flow never ends. Using a more accessible LEGO Set and focusing on one single mechanism this GBC is by far the best GBC to get started.

This GBC is entirely built using only parts from the LEGO Roadwork Crew and can be referred to as model C of the 42060. This GBC makes sure you master the GBC building techniques and tricks so that you eventually also can build your own GBCs. The whole machine is powered by hand on default but can easily be upgraded with any LEGO motor (more information in the building instructions).

Master gearing & mechanisms

Learn about the wonderful world of mechanisms by building our GBC 32 Road Lift which features a Smooth and easy to build Lift ModuleThe GBC Road Lift Module is aimed to be a good starting point for GBC beginners and as a nice addition to your GBC collection. GBC Balls will enter the input box of the module after which they will be lifted by a small conveyor belt to the top. By default the balls will run in a continuous loop by using the return path guiding to the input box. This GBC also has an extra feature which allows you to easily remove the return path and put your GBC 32 in a bigger loop and combine with other GBC Modules.

Fun Fact

Making sure that the return path for the GBC Balls works fluent without taking up to much parts really is a challenge every time we design a GBC. Most of the times this is one of the last steps in the design process finding all the left over bricks and pieces to make it work. Nonetheless we succeeded again.

Power & Automate

Unfortunately LEGO set 42060 doesn’t include a LEGO motor. For that reason, the GBC 32 Road Lift is by default powered by hand. However we designed pre-designed motor mounts so you can easily upgrade the GBC 32 Road Lift with any of the LEGO Motors available and make it go on it’s own.
How cool is that!

This GBC can be call at “musical GBC” – works very rhythmical, just put 6 balls and just hear it

If you don't have the required LEGO set there is still a chance you can build our models by using parts you already have. Most technic models use a lot of the same and/or replaceable parts. When watching the video and checking upon the building instructions you can easily see which parts can be replaced if you desire so.
What cool color designs can you come up with?!
